Direct access (virtual) fitness is the best option for our distance clients that want to work with us but don't live in the D.C. Metro area. You will receive a range of services all delicately packaged into programs that will give you the workout, motivation and encouragement you need. You can choose from things like:

  • Workout Plans - change every two weeks

  • Accountability Coaching

  • Nutrition Coaching and Meal Planning

  • Weekly Check-In Calls

  • Virtual (Skype) Personal Training

  • Motivation and encouragement through text, email and groups

 

 

 

For the client that needs a trainer to really be there through thick and thin. Our in home personal training gives you the affordable yet luxury service of an in-home personal trainer. We come to you with all the equipment necessary to complete your workout. You can choose from 1 time a week up to 4 days a week to see your trainer.

Our hybrid program takes the convenience of our online programs with the intensity and drive of an in person training session. You can pick from seeing your trainer 1-2 times a week and get all of the great products that come from our online program.
