We offer Personal Training services throughout Northern Virginia to include Chantilly, Herndon, Centreville, Fairfax, South Riding, Reston, Ashburn and Sterling. -if you don’t see you city listed, we probably still train in your area.
We also service the Washington DC area.
Our personal training sessions are primarily conducted in the our home gym in Chantilly, Virginia. Upon request we come to you in comfort and privacy of your own home, apartment, condo or community gym. We also service office gyms as well as outdoor parks. * vicinity restrictions apply*

Step 1 – 15min Phone Consultation
The first step to getting started is to contact us by either filling out our contact form, calling or emailing. We will schedule a time for a free brief phone consultation. During the consultation, we will ask you about your personal training goals, training availability, preferences and answer any questions you may have. We will also book our consultation and first training session during this call.
Step 2 – The First Training Session
Our first session will include your fitness assessment as we cover your training goals, exercise and health/medical history, and physical limitations you may have. This should take about 20 minutes, the rest of your session will be dedicated to your training.
Step 3 – Accountability and Next Sessions
After your first session you will schedule and pay for your next session. We will talk about your “homework” and accountability in-between each session. If you’ve purchased a Tier 2 or Tier 3 session we will also schedule your nutrition coaching session, grocery tour, meal prep session, stretching session or kitchen reorganization.
Our 45-50-minute personal training sessions are great for people who are looking for a great workout in a shorter amount of time. Rates begin at $95-$110 per session. New clients always get 30% off their first session, use code ‘NEW30’.
Our 60-minute personal training sessions focus on conditioning, strength training, cardio, and stretching. Rates begin at $125 per session. New clients always get 30% off their first session, use code ‘NEW30’.
*Rates for couples training are a coupled price, ex: 45min session is $130, this price can be split between the two people ($65/pp) but is paid as one transaction. For more than two people training, this can be booked when scheduling your partner training, there is an add-on option to do this. .
