Even as a nutrition coach I know what it’s like to feel off balance. Elans Sports Nutrition and Wellness Coaching is your go-to place to learn about nutrition and wellness, try new recipes, and connect with a supportive and motivational community; but what if you’re looking for more one-on-one attention? That’s why you have me, Thea Boatswain your friendly neighborhood sports nutrition coach!

As a coach, I offer a full-service sports nutrition and wellness coaching via online (skype) and phone sessions . From one-on-one individualized nutrition, monthly retainer coaching and lifestyle plans and a wide range of services to get you feeling amazing.

I mainly cater to athletes or anyone committed to fueling their bodies through great food and exercise. If you are an athlete I help with proper fueling for competitions, off season, condition, injury recovery and anything in between to make sure that you’re in top shape for your chose sports. Ive worked with marathon runner, crossfitters, triathletes and the everyday weekend warrior looking to get in better shape. I help with meal recommendations and assist with finding to proper fueling snacks for my client to make it through each practice, run or workout!

I believe that the more we know about our bodies, our food, and our well-being, the sooner we can recognize that we have the power to impact the way we feel every day.

We do, however, have the knowledge and skills to help you with behavior change to address bad habits.  We working week by week to change habits in to ones that are beneficial to your health. If you work with an athletic trainer or exercise physiologist we will work with them to formulate the best plan possible for you. If you have a chronic disease like Diabetes, Heart/Kidney/Liver Disease, or are on doctor prescribed medication for these ailments we can not help you at this time.  Our services are limited to healthy adults who want to make lifestyle changes and increase athletic performance.
