We are different from your average bootcamp in that we actively incorporate nutrition into our program. Food can make or break your fitness goals so we have a nutritionist that will deliver nutrition recommendations and activities to help skyrocket your progress. SERT also has your favorite guest trainers come in and shake things up so workouts are always fun, challenging, and intense. When you become a SERT member you get all of these perks and more!
Each SERTified bootcamp will push you to lengths you never thought you could reach while building lasting friendships with your bootcamp members to reach your fitness goals.
Bootcamp comes at $90/month for 12 classes (3x a week). This is a steal!! Pick between morning or afternoon classes to meet your schedule. These bootcamps are currently only in Reston, Virginia. We are actively looking to add classes so please let us know where we should go next.
We are currently accepting members for our Spring/Summer Sessions from April 1-October 31, 2019.
fall/Winter session sign ups will begin in mid-October.
We have three different times that you can come workout with us:
5:30pm at Baron Cameron Park on T/W on Field 8
- 5:30p and will have Monday classes starting as early as mid May -
